Benefits and Incentives from NCC

NCC develops interpersonal skills of the cadets. The training helps cadets who aspire to join Defence Forces. There are a total of 32 seats which are set aside for cadets who hold NCC C certificate provided they have scored 50% in graduation with at least a B grade in C level examination. If all this suffices, all they have to do is clear the SSB interview.

Other than just military training the cadets also learn several qualities such as honesty, discipline, hard work and ways to build confidence and gain leadership qualities.

The main benefits of NCC apart from personality developing skills, is the certificate you get. After completion of training and fulfilling other conditions like attendance, the candidate gets the certificate from the NCC. Cadets are also provided with certificates; A, B, C where C certificate is the most important.
