- All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
- Complete submissions should be no more than eight pages (including figures, tables, and bibliography) in a standard IEEE two-column style.

- All the papers will be blind reviewed by a review committee with respect to their quality, originality, and relevance.
- All rights of publication of papers presented in the conference shall rest with the Conference Organizers.
- To ensure publication of paper at least one author should register and present the paper in the conference.
- The participation certificate will be given to only registered authors and presentation e-certificates will be given to the author who has registered and presented the paper.
